The leaves are allowed to gently dehydrate under the sun's warmth, preserving their quality and taste.

To Hot Brew:
-2 g/1 tablespoon + 8oz water -212 degrees Fahrenheit
-Brew for 3 minutes
TO COLD BREW:
- Pour 24 oz. of purified, room temp. water into a pitcher
- Add 4 Sachets Dona Tea
- Cold steep overnight in the to extract the optimal flavor
- Remove the sachets and serve over ice
