This lemongrass is sourced from San Juan del Río Coco and Boaca in Nicaragua. Culturally a domestic crop grown in Nicaraguan home gardens, lemongrass is also used by small scale farmers to diversify their crops & help prevent soil erosion. 


How to Make:

1 g / 1 Tablespoon + 8oz water 

Brew for 4-5 minutes  205 degree F water


TO COLD BREW: 

  • Pour 24 oz. of purified, room temp. water into a pitcher
  • Add 4 Sachets Dona Tea 
  • Cold steep overnight in the to extract the optimal flavor 
  • Remove the sachets and serve over ice
