Our take on caffeine-free Masala Chai: A warming blend of sweet cinnamon, cardamom, Nicaraguan ginger, single-origin fennel & black pepper

Ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, fennel, black pepper

 

Brewing recipe: 

4 grams/1 Tablespoon + 8oz water

Brew for 4-5 min 205 degrees F

 

TO COLD BREW: 

• Pour 24 oz. of purified, room temp. water into a pitcher
• Add 4 Sachets Dona Tea 
• Cold steep overnight in the to extract the optimal flavor 
• Remove the sachets and serve over ice
